BACKGROUND
Warsaw, a bustling metropolis pulsating with activity, encompasses a multitude of cars, offices, and bustling streets. The forthcoming project, a prestigious housing estate, will be ensconced within expansive green spaces, a hallmark of developments in this locale. Emphasizing the proximity to parks and nature underscores its appeal. In stark contrast to the surrounding urban landscape characterized by a dearth of greenery and air passages, the new estate promises a refreshing oasis. With the incorporation of bicycle and electric car rentals, alongside charging points, the modern development aims to address environmental concerns. Furthermore, each apartment will feature air purifiers as standard, enhancing the residents' quality of life.
CHALLENGE
Our target demographic consists of educated, dynamic professionals and young families. They prioritize green environments, ecological living, centrality, and robust transport links. Community-building and activism are central to their values.
SOLUTION
We proposed "Malachite" as the estate's name, symbolizing nature, balance, and regeneration - key features of the project. Known as a protective stone, Malachite fosters harmony and optimism, promoting a connection with nature. Its association with transformation resonates with the significant life change of moving to a new home. Drawing inspiration from the estate's balcony windows and the Malachite's prismatic shape, we designed a dynamic and distinctive logo. The color palette reflects the hues of Malachite, enhanced with a copper shade for added prestige.
